The enquiry arrives
BULGAR OS stage: Intake
A form on this site, a QR code on a wall, or a tablet at a front desk. However it comes in, it lands in one place instead of somebody's messages.
We scope it
BULGAR OS stage: Client · Project
We confirm what is being made, what it costs, and when it happens. You get the price and the date before anything starts.
It gets scheduled
BULGAR OS stage: Tasks
The shoot lands on a real production calendar with the edit deadlines already attached to it, so nothing waits on a reminder.
The departments run
BULGAR OS stage: Production
Video, photo, graphics and web work move through their own queues in-house. Each task has an owner and a due date.
You review it
BULGAR OS stage: Review
Work comes back for approval before it is called finished. Revisions are tracked, not lost in a thread.
It is delivered
BULGAR OS stage: Delivery
Final files arrive on a link that stays live, and the whole history of the project stays visible in your profile.
What you can rely on.
You always know the price
Agreed before production starts, not discovered at the end.
You always know the date
Every deliverable carries a deadline you can see.
You always know who has it
Each task has a named owner inside the studio.
Nothing lives in a chat
Requests, files, approvals and invoices all sit in one system.
Two ways to work with us
AOne project
You need something made
A campaign, a shoot, a site. Send the brief and it goes straight to Reception. Best when the work has a clear start and end.
Start a projectBPartner venue
You want it running continuously
Your own booking portal, QR and tablet intake on site, and production on a standing schedule. Best when enquiries arrive every week.
See the partner system
For venues, it starts on the floor.
A partner venue gets QR codes for walls, counters and print, plus a front-desk tablet. Someone scans or taps, answers a few questions, and the enquiry is in the system before they have left the building, tagged with exactly which code brought them in.
