What we hold, and why.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or make a booking, we collect the name and contact details you give us — email, WhatsApp number, or Instagram handle — along with what you asked for, your budget range, your deadline, and any notes or reference links you include.

If you book through a partner venue, we also record which venue and which code or tablet you used, so the venue knows the enquiry came from them.

Why we hold it

To reply to you, agree what we are making, schedule the work, invoice it, and deliver the files. We cannot run a project without it.

We keep a record of completed work so we can answer questions about it later and meet our accounting obligations.

Marketing is separate, and optional

We only send offers, announcements or campaigns if you have ticked the box asking for them. That is a separate choice from making a booking, and declining it changes nothing about the work we do for you.

Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link. You can also reply to any email and ask us to stop, and we will.

Messages about your own project — the tracker link, a shoot date, an invoice, a delivery — are not marketing and will still reach you.

Who else sees it

If you booked through a partner venue, that venue can see your name, contact details and what you ordered, because the booking came through them.

We use Resend to send email, Supabase to store data, and Stripe when you pay by card. Each sees only what it needs to do its part. We do not sell your data to anyone.

How long we keep it

Project records are kept while the work is live and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting rules require.

If you ask us to delete you and there is no legal reason to keep the record, we will remove it.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time.
